At CKU we offer Personality Diagnosis.

The aim of such a diagnosis is to create a personality profile, learn about strengths and weaknesses, help in choosing a career or field of study, and assess functioning in various spheres of life (social, emotional, cognitive, motivational).

 

Tests and Questionnaires:

We use tools such as MMPI-2, EPQ-R, ACL, NEO-FFI.

 

Psychological diagnosis is a key element in assessing a person's mental health and functioning. It allows for obtaining a comprehensive picture of the emotional state and mechanisms of action, which is important in the therapeutic process.

Diagnosis

  • Condition Description: Analysis of daily functioning and general mental state.

  • Assessment of Resources and Difficulties: Identifying strengths, resources and problem areas.

  • Understanding Symptom Mechanisms: Determining what underlies the symptoms that occur.

  • Determining Treatment Needs: Determining what forms of treatment may be necessary.

  • Creating an Individual Treatment Plan: Preparing a customized treatment and therapy plan.

  • Personality Disorders: Identification of difficulties, types of disorders and mechanisms of their occurrence, assessment of the functioning of mental processes and selecting the right therapy

The basic goals of Psychological Diagnosis include:

Personality diagnostics usually involve one to three visits. It is possible to conduct the interview and tests during a single visit, which lasts up to 4 hours.

The diagnostic process includes:

  • Diagnostic interview.

  • Psychological tests.

  • Discussion of results (optional – it is possible to receive feedback without the final meeting).

Psychological diagnoses at CKU are performed by qualified psychologists with clinical experience who have the appropriate qualifications in the field of psychometrics and psychological diagnostics. Our specialists ensure that each stage of the diagnosis is performed with the utmost care and in accordance with current ethical standards.
