At CKU, we run workshops, social skills training, psychoeducational and preventive webinars focused on various areas of human life in online and live form.
From the beginning of its activity, CKU has paid great attention to addiction prevention, which is directed to adults, but also to youth and children in Polish schools in Ireland.
Education about mental health reduces the stigma associated with the presence of symptoms of mental, emotional, psychosomatic and personality disorders and encourages the use of professional help and support. It prevents exclusion and loneliness.
