Notice and appreciate your child's skills, and they will continue to develop them.

If children are noticed, if they are listened to, they mature and deepen their sensitivity and various skills on their own.

However, if their skills are not recognized, they become unbearable or helpless.

The most important thing is to understand that a child's reactions always have a deep meaning.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY FORCHILDREN AND YOUHT

Children and teenagers need warmth and attention from their parents. Based on this truth, the most effective therapeutic changes occur when parents (or one of the parents) wants to make an effort to change their family life.

If you notice any disturbing behaviors in your young or adolescent child, we invite you (or you, the parents) to a consultation meeting. The first (about 3) meetings will be in the form of an interview and will help determine the direction of therapy.

Very often, it is not necessary for children to change their behavior. The changes that parents begin to introduce into their home life are sufficient to change the children's behavior.

After the consultation and determining the direction of action, the next steps are individually determined to support the child/teenager in the context of the entire family in this specific situation.
