The support group “In Relationship with Yourself” was created for individuals who have completed a therapeutic process related to experiences of ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics/Dysfunctional Families) or codependency, and who wish to continue developing their self-awareness and strengthening healthy patterns of functioning in everyday life and relationships.

Completing therapy is often the beginning of a new stage—a time when there is a need to further reinforce changes, deepen self-understanding, and maintain connection with others who share similar experiences.

The meetings take place in an atmosphere of mutual respect, mindfulness, and mature communication.
